White Chocolate Pumpkin Snickerdoodles
Soft and chewy with a sweet pumpkin twist and white chocolate chips, these snickerdoodles are perfect for fall!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
