Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of fresh aloe vera gel (scooped from the leaf)
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary or a fresh sprig
1 cup of boiling water
Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)
Method:
Add the dried rosemary or fresh sprig to boiling water and steep for about 5 minutes.
Strain the rosemary leaves and mix in the fresh aloe vera gel until well dissolved.
Add honey or lemon to enhance the flavor if desired.
Drink this once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
