Instructions:
1. Start by making the breakfast sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and dried dill. Once combined, store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.
2. Next, heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Toss in the sliced onions with a pinch of salt. Cook until the onions are slightly browned. Once done, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the shaved steak with the Worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Heat another tablespoon of butter in the skillet and cook the seasoned steak until just browned. Add the onions back into the skillet with the steak, mixing well. Shape it into two piles and place a slice of cheese on top of each to melt.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and scramble the beaten eggs. Split the scrambled eggs into two portions for the sandwiches.
5. Toast your bagels in the skillet or a toaster until golden brown. To assemble your sandwiches, spread some of the prepared sauce on each bagel half. Layer half of the scrambled eggs on the bottom half of each bagel, followed by the steak and onion mixture. Finally, cover with the top half of the bagel.
