The two-tone Pavesini log is a no-bake dessert, delicious and spectacular, very simple to prepare and ideal for the summer period. Perfect to bring to the table as a delicious end to a meal, or to enjoy as an afternoon snack, it can be assembled in advance and unmolded when guests arrive: its creamy consistency will conquer the palates of adults and children alike.
It is an easy recipe that requires very little time: in fact, you will just need to soak the ladyfingers in milk and arrange them, alternating the color, in a rectangular pan, covered with transparent film; you will then have to fill with fresh cream, whipped with condensed milk and flavored with vanilla extract, and, after resting in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, the dessert can be plated and garnished with a few tufts of cream, sweetened with icing sugar.
You can propose the ladyfingers log as an original birthday cake or on the occasion of a special event. Depending on your preferences and availability, you can opt for a different filling: we suggest using a ricotta cream, enriched with chocolate chips, or a coconut cream, for a tropical and exotic note.
