Directions:
Melt the butter in the milk and add the egg yolks, salt, honey and vanilla extract.
Also add the flour.
Then beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the rest of the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 17cm diameter mold and place it in a saucepan with water.
Bake in the oven at 140° for 15 minutes and at 150° for another 50 minutes.
