Tomato sauce with 250ml vinegar, I make this every year

So my dears, first clean the tomatoes, celery and onions and chop them up.
Then put them in a saucepan with the remaining spices and ingredients and bring everything to the boil
Let it reduce by half, puree, season to taste and pour into clean jars.
Close them and leave them upside down for 5 minutes.
You get a finer result if you peel the tomatoes. This way it’s more work, but you won’t have any husks left after pureeing.
Our tips: It’s definitely worth it and it tastes even better in the end.
The skin of some types of tomatoes doesn’t get really soft even after 2 hours of cooking.
The recipe can also be halved.
Good as a basic sauce for many dishes or just with pasta. Enjoy your meal
