Tomato mozzarella toast baked this morning

Ingredients
4 slices of toast
250 g cocktail tomatoes (approx. 6 to 8 pieces)
2 balls of mozzarella
10 basil leaves, fresh
Seasoned salt (tomato-mozzarella-salt)

Preparation
Simply toast all the slices of bread and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form a large square

Cut the tomatoes into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick and spread them on the slices of toast. Season the tomatoes very well with the seasoned salt.

Now roughly chop or pluck the basil leaves and place them on the tomatoes.
