This recipe is a family staple! We can’t get enough of the sauce!

1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom with a wooden spoon. Let it simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes to reduce slightly.
4. Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, and dried parsley. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
5. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, ensuring the chicken is heated through and coated with the creamy sauce.
6. If desired, garnish the chicken with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy the Creamy Garlic Chicken with your chosen side for a fulfilling and delicious meal.
