This is one of my partner’s favorite meals for a weeknight!

1 pound ground beef
2 bell peppers, sliced (red and green for color)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
