This is my ma’s fave dish to serve during Christmas! Always a hit!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth.
Add the shredded imitation crab meat to the bowl and gently fold it into the mayonnaise mixture.
Stir in the chopped celery, red onion, and sweet corn kernels until well combined.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. If using, add the fresh dill and mix gently.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the seafood salad on a bed of lettuce leaves for a refreshing touch.
Variations & Tips
For a touch of heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce to the dressing. You can also incorporate other seafood like cooked shrimp or scallops for added variety. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise. If you prefer a sweeter salad, add a handful of halved grapes or diced apples. This salad is versatile and can be adjusted to suit your taste and the ingredients you have on hand
