These little bites disappear so fast! Always double the recipe!

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spray a mini cupcake tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each slot to form a cup.
3. Bake the wonton wrappers for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and orange zest.
6. Once the wonton cups are cooled, spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each cup.
7. Chill the filled cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
8. Just before serving, dust the tops with additional powdered sugar.
