PREPARATION

Boil the conchiglioni in salted water.
Drain well and fill with béchamel sauce. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each dish.
Coat with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
