There’s no better way than my grandma’s method for making this! I could enjoy it every morning.

1️⃣ Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until slightly frothy.
2️⃣ Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Melt the butter, allowing it to coat the pan.
3️⃣ Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit undisturbed for a moment, until the edges begin to set.
4️⃣ Using a spatula, gently stir, folding the eggs from the edges toward the center. Cook until mostly set but still slightly soft.
5️⃣ Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs, gently folding them so the cheese melts evenly. Cook for another minute until creamy and fully set.
6️⃣ Remove from heat and serve immediately on a warm plate.
