The Trick to Making Delicious Crispy Fries Without a Drop of Oil

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and line it with baking or parchment paper. Place your French fries on top. A little tip: space them out so they don’t stick together.
Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 220°C. After 10 minutes, check their cooking. Make sure to turn them over so they cook evenly on the other side. After another 10-12 minutes, your fries are ready.
NB: Another version is to boil them very lightly before putting them in the oven. Here again, you must repeat the above process with the egg whites and spices. And there you have it, you now have a perfect method for making fluffy, golden fries without having to empty your cooking oil!
