Step 1: Prepare the apples
Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
To prevent the apples from tying, sprinkle them with the juice of half a lemon.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and cook over high heat for a few minutes, until it is lightly caramelized.
Step 2: Mix the liquid ingredients
In a bowl beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and vanilla essence.

Step 3: Add the dry ingredients

Add 180 g of sifted flour and 10 g of yeast.
Mix until it gets a homogeneous mass.
