1. First of all, line a loaf pan or a baking tray with cut-open freezer bags or with cling film.
2. Now heat the nut-nougat cream and melt the finely chopped chocolate in it.
3. Then line the bottom of the loaf pan with some butter biscuits, then spread about 3 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture on top. Continue like this until everything is used up. The last layer should be butter biscuits.
4. Next, place in the freezer for 2 – 3 hours, then turn out of the pan and peel off the foil.
5. The recipe is a quick version of the cold dog, but tastes just as delicious.
