The Best German Oatmeal Cookie Recipe – No Sugar!
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
80 g almonds, chopped
80 g cranberries
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp vanillin
1 egg
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 190°C (380°F).
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of oatmeal, 80 g of chopped almonds, 80 g of cranberries, and the zest of 1 lemon.
Add 1/2 tsp of vanillin to the mixture. Mix all the dry ingredients well.
Add Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg and add 2 tbsp of melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Form the Cookies:
Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into cookie shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Cookies:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown and firm to the touch.
Cool and Serve:
