THE BEST DAIRY DESSERT

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little cold milk until it is a homogeneous mixture.

Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan, add the sugar/honey, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
When the milk starts to boil, add the cornstarch and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

When the cream is thick, remove from the heat and stir in the butter to make it even smoother.
4️⃣ Cooling and Serving

Pour into glasses or small bowls, then let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon, cocoa powder or garnished with fresh fruit.

✔ For an even richer flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cream or a little lemon zest.
✔ If you want the chocolate version, melt 50g of dark chocolate while cooking.
✔ For a caramel version, add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk or caramel sauce.
