Ingredients
1 cup of oatmeal flakes
4 cups of water
The juice of three lemons
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Preparation
Soak the oats in water for 5 minutes.
Fill the oats and place the flakes in the liquefette glass.
Add the four cups of water along with the juice of the lemons and the honey if you want a touch of sweetness.
Liquefy until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Empty the drink in a jug and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove from the refrigerator and serve in glasses.
