kale, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces to facilitate blending. Core the green apple and cut it into wedges. Peel a small piece of ginger root.
In a blender, combine the chopped spinach, kale, cucumber, celery, green apple wedges, lemon juice (to taste), and ginger root.
Add water as needed to achieve your desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
Once blended, pour the mixture into a glass or container. It can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
