Super Creamy Apple Pie

Dough Ingredients:
3 eggs
90g (6 tbsp) sugar
A pinch of salt
130g (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking pan 28x18cm
Directions for Dough:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
Add the flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Grease the baking pan and pour the dough into it, spreading it evenly.
Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the baked dough from the oven and let it cool while preparing the apple pudding.
Apple Pudding Ingredients:
3 apples
750ml (3 cups) apple juice
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
2 packets of vanilla-flavored pudding (each 37g)
100ml (2/5 cup) apple juice
Directions for Apple Pudding:
Peel, core, and slice the apples.
In a saucepan, combine the sliced apples, apple juice, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the apples are soft and tender.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the vanilla-flavored pudding in 100ml of apple juice.
Add the dissolved pudding mixture to the cooked apples in the saucepan. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes a pudding-like consistency.
Remove the apple pudding from heat and let it cool slightly.
