Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.
Mash the banana and mix it into the oatmeal mixture.
Pour in 1/4 cup (60 ml) of milk and mix until well combined.
Step 2: Add the Egg and Remaining Milk
Crack an egg into the mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Gradually add the remaining 1 cup (240 ml) of milk and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Step 3: Prepare the Cups
Divide the mixture evenly among coffee cups.
Step 4: Bake the Mug Cakes
Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).
Place the coffee cups in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 5: Serve
Once baked, remove the coffee cups from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with ground walnuts for added texture and flavor.
