MÉTHODE:
In a bowl, add flour, chemical yeast, salt, olive oil and water and mix. When everything is mixed, knead the dough until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each small ball with a pastry roll and arrange the ham, mozzarella and close with your hands.
Cut the unnecessary part with a pizza cutter and seal the calzone with a fork.
Bake both sides until brown
