Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown ground beef in a skillet; add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Add cream cheese, cover, and simmer until cheese is melted. Mix well. Set aside and let cool completely. While the ground beef is cooking, cook the pasta shells according to the directions; drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process (as they will be baked later). Place the shells individually on a cutting board/baking sheet so they don’t stick together.
Pour salsa into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Fill each shell with the meat mixture. Place the shells in a 9×13 pan, open side up. Cover the shells with taco sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add shredded cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes, with the foil removed. Garnish with any sauces you like (green onions, black olives, etc… whatever you like on tacos!) I left mine plain because I didn’t have much on hand. Serve with sour cream and/or more salsa.
