Still a favorite after 6 years! People can’t get enough of this dessert and always ask me to whip it up.

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
Directions
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and half of the chopped peanuts.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped peanuts over the top of the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
Variations & Tips
For a nut-free version, you can substitute the Snickers bars with a similar nougat and caramel candy bar that doesn’t contain peanuts. If you want to add a bit of a crunch, try mixing in some crushed pretzels or rice cereal. For a festive touch, sprinkle some sea salt or colorful sprinkles on top before refrigerating. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate, such as dark chocolate for a less sweet version.
