So delicious, I bake grandma’s yeast croissants twice a month!

Preparation

For the dough, mix all the ingredients together well and leave to rise in a warm place for 1/2 hour.
Then roll out the dough and cut into small squares, approx. 8×8 cm. Cut the feta into small cubes. Put some on the squares and shape them into croissants.
Then put the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg yolk with milk. Brush the croissants with it.
Finally, bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
