Instructions:
Prepare Ham:
Place ham in slow cooker flat side down
Score surface in diamond pattern if not pre-cut
Make Glaze:
Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water, mustard
Add cloves, cinnamon, and ginger
Stir until sugar begins to dissolve
Cook:
Pour glaze over ham
Cover and cook LOW 6-8 hours
Baste occasionally if possible
Ham should reach 140°F
Finish & Serve:
Remove ham, let rest 10 minutes
Slice and serve with cooking juices
Notes:
Spiral cut ham works best for glaze absorption
Don’t lift lid too often – each peek adds 20 mins cooking time
