Use the shinglepe
Are you in a hurry but you really want to wear the pants you love? Take the stapler from the stationery drawer. To make the hem to the jeans you will have to bend the final part towards the other, as if to make a wide lapel, until you reach the desired length. Clamp then with a metal paper clip all the hem, just below the line of the original hem. Fold the original hem now down and fold the excess tissue inward.
But wear the stockings, under this temporary hem! This way the paper clips won’t scratch your ankles.
Take advantage of the thermal rim
On the market there are thermal strips designed precisely for this operation, or to perform the hem of pants and jeans without knowing how to sew. They slip under the desired hem and iron with a simple domestic iron. The heat will dissolve the glue on the strip and in this way it will be like sewing the fabric.
