Dough: Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl. Add the water and mix.
Ingredients: Add sugar, salt and oil. Mix well.
Preparation: Knead the dough on a floured work surface until smooth.
Rising: Shape into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover and leave to rise for 3 hours.
Dressing: Mix the tomato puree with salt, pepper and oregano.
Rolling out: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut into disks.
Seasoning and baking: Place the pizzas on a baking tray, sprinkle with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
