  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    • Place the chopped celery, beet pieces, and lemon juice or slices into a blender. Add the 700 ml of water. If you’re using mint, toss in the leaves now for a refreshing twist.
    • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Strain the Juice (optional):
    • For a smoother drink, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
  4. Enjoy:
