1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add peanut butter and sugar, beating until well combined.
5. Mix in the vanilla extract.
6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. Stir in the heavy cream until the mixture is smooth.
8. Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
