Start by mixing the softened butter with the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well until you obtain a creamy mixture.
Add the spreadable cheese to the mixture and mix well until combined.
Add the flour little at a time and continue mixing until you obtain a smooth mixture.
We prepare the dough and form biscuit pieces from it, giving them the desired shape.
Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden.
Once cooked, let the biscuits cool completely.
Finally, before serving, sprinkle the biscuits with icing sugar.
