Form the meat into balls and flatten them between your hands to form meatballs. Place a ball of mozzarella on top and shape the meat around the cheese. The cheese should be completely covered.

Coat the meatballs in flour.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Fry the meatballs in a pan with hot oil. Place them in a bowl and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the tomato sauce and cook the pasta until al dente.

Serve the meatballs with the tomato sauce and garnish with fresh basil
