700 g sushi rice (ready cooked, simple recipe for sushi)
200 g shrimp
½ avocado
1 tbsp sesame
1 tbsp chives
1 nori sheet
1 tsp horseradish
Make your own sushi balls – here’s how:
Sauté the shrimp in a little butter. Then cut them into very small cubes.
Crumb the rice Small nori sheet.
Peel the avocado and cut it into small cubes.
Place the prepared sushi rice in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together and form 24 small balls using an ice cream scoop.
If desired, you can roll the balls again in sesame seeds.
Serve the sushi balls with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi paste.
Place sushi balls on a plate.
