Pour the cold cream into a mixing bowl and whip, then whip with San-apart until stiff peaks form.
Pour the quark into a separate mixing bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix everything together. Then carefully and slowly fold in the cream.
Set aside some of the filling and some of the mandarin oranges and mix the rest together.
Place the waffles in a baking dish and spread the filling on top. Next, place another layer of wafers on top of the filling.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to let it set.
Then, decorate the cake with the remaining filling, the remaining mandarin oranges, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
