Pudding muffins with 450 g quark, the best ever!


Preparation

So my dears, first whisk the butter and sugar well. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir everything until it is creamy.
Then put the finished mixture into the greased muffin tin and bake at 160 °C in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Our little tip:
You can also add various fruits such as cherries or chocolate flakes etc. as desired.
If you have a muffin tin, grease it before preparing and put it in the fridge until you fill it.
This way the muffins won’t stick to the tin later.
The recipe makes 10 to 15 muffins
