First, beat the butter with the whisk of the hand mixer until fluffy. Then stir in 50 g powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Now knead in the pudding powder and flour, wrap the dough in cling film and chill for about 1 hour.
Form a small portion of dough into a ball between your hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Then lightly dust a fork with flour and press the dough ball flat with it and process the rest of the dough in the same way.
Now bake the pudding cookies in the preheated oven (180 °C top/bottom heat) for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
