Wash and peel potatoes and cut into thin slices and keep in water
Take a kadhai heat oil, add heeng and jeera, when crackle add split green chilies and tomato puree,
Cook for some time till oil leave the sides,
Add spices and mix well.
Add potatoes chaklis , mix well with masala
Cover with lid and cook on simmering flame.
It will be ready in 10-15 minutes.
Tip:- don’t toss frequently, otherwise chaklis will break.
