800 g potatoes, waxy
2 stalks of leek
200 g Gorgonzola (mild or strong version depending on taste)
200 ml cream
100 ml milk
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Some butter for the dish
For the meatballs:
400 g mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying

1. Preparing the meatballs
Start with the meatballs: Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, the mustard, paprika powder and salt and pepper. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
