pineapple and coconut dream cake

Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, spread a layer of the whipped cream cheese frosting with sweetened condensed milk over one cake layer. Place the second cake layer on top and repeat with the third layer. Frost the top and sides of the cake.
Garnish with pineapple chunks and toasted coconut flakes.
