Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf 🥩🧀

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Sauté the Veggies:

In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms (if using), and sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Mix the Meatloaf Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed vegetables, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix until just combined—avoid over-mixing.
Form the Meatloaf:

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan. Press down to shape the meatloaf evenly.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Add the Cheese Topping:

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and lay the slices of cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the meatloaf is fully cooked.
Serve:

Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with mashed potatoes, a side salad, or your favorite veggies.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard or hot sauce to the meat mixture.
This meatloaf also makes amazing leftovers for sandwiches!
Enjoy this delicious Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf—perfectly cheesy, savory, and packed with Philly-style flavors! 🥩🧀🍄
