Pecan Pie Muffins

Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease muffin cups. In one bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans. In another, beat butter and eggs until smooth. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full and bake for 12-13 minutes for mini muffins, or 15-17 minutes for regular muffins, until golden. Loosen muffins with a knife, cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy!
