Ingredients:
– 2 cups grated potatoes
– 1 cup grated zucchini
– 1 cup grated carrots
– 1/2 cup chopped onions
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1/4 cup flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
