Orange ๐ŸŠ cake recipe

Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the orange juice, milk, orange zest, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

For an extra orange kick, you can make a simple glaze by mixing 1 cup of powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
