No-Bake Tiramisu Cake Simple and mold-free too!

Preparation
We make the base of our cupcakes. Finely chop the dry cookies and place them in a bowl. Add the vanillin and melted butter. We mix everything very well.

We line a muffin tin with cling film and put some crushed cookies in it. We make a shell by modeling it around the shape. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

We make the tiramisu cream by putting sugar and water in a saucepan and letting it cook for 5 minutes. We assemble the yolks by rinsing the hot syrup. Whisk until mixture cools.

We gradually combine vanilla and mascarpone. We put the cream in the biscuit shells and fill them completely. Add the Nutella on top and a little crumbled cookies. We let rest in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

After 5 hours we take out of the refrigerator, put the cakes on a serving plate and serve.
