🥄¼cup/60 milliliters hot water (120 to 140 degrees)
🥄1cup/240 milliliters heavy cream
🥄1cup/200 grams granulated sugar
🥄2(8-ounce/225-gram) packages cream cheese, cubed, at room temperature
🥄½cup/120 milliliters canned unsweetened, puréed mango pulp
