No-Bake Caramel Banana Split Cheesecake Bites 🍌🍰

1. Start by lining a mini muffin tin with paper liners for easy removal.
2. For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar in a bowl. Pour in melted butter and mix until crumbly and well-blended.
3. Using a tablespoon, press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup. Once done, chill them in the refrigerator to set while making the filling.
4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s completely smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well integrated.
