I’ve been making my own dressings for years. And this recipe is my favorite.

I’ve been preparing it for seven years every week. To keep it, I use a jam pot.

It was my husband who gave me the idea of preparing my homemade vinaigrette. He and my friends find her much better than the salad seasons of the trade.
