My nana makes meatloaf with ease using this 1 hack that takes almost 0 work

Easy Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf
Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (any flavor)
1 cup water
2 pounds ground beef
2 large eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and water. Let it sit for a few minutes until the stuffing is moistened.
Add the ground beef, eggs, ketchup, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the stuffing. Mix everything together until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread a little extra ketchup on top of the loaf for a glaze, if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is nicely browned.
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor, try using ground turkey or a mix of ground beef and pork. You can also add a cup of shredded cheese to the mixture for a cheesy twist. If you like a bit of heat, mix in some chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce. For a more traditional taste, add a teaspoon of dried thyme or sage to the mix. Remember, this recipe is versatile, so feel free to make it your own by adding your favorite ingredients.
