650 g mushrooms
1 onion
50 g butter (for frying)
1 tsp flour
120 ml vegetable stock
250 g cream
3 cloves garlic
Salt, pepper
Parsley (of your choice)
Preparation
First clean the mushrooms. Then peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Also peel the garlic and chop finely.
Heat butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms and onions in it. Sprinkle flour over them and fry briefly.
